Weather dependent, we will transfer to Ayr Beach to take a cold water dip and end with a fireside chat with cocoa

Explore the accommodation and surroundings, sample our menus and chat to like minded people!
Practitioner tasters
1pm till 3pm
30 min Yoga taster on the grass
45 min mental wellness discussion
Cold Water Dip
3pm till 4.30pm
Weather dependent we will transfer to Ayr beach (15 mins by car). Cold water dip followed by beach fire and cocoa closing ceremony
